A course for Multi Agency practitioners aimed at building confidence and improving communication skills when managing difficult or sensitive issues such as FGM, PMH or substance misuse with parents/carers. Raising awareness of how to manage conflict, and providing knowledge of when and how to challenge/escalate inter-professional concerns.
Understand roles and responsibilities in exploring challenging issues with parents, carers or colleagues.
